Individual health assessments provide employees with knowledge of their current state of health. This is important, as many individuals are unaware of their current state and need an indicator. These preventative tools are used to outline potential problems before they arise. From these results we can tailor make interventions, so that we can implement well-targeted solutions, optimising the return on investment on each commitment.
